About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our Supported Living team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including toileting, bathing, and dressing.
  • Assist customers with daily living tasks, such as meal planning and nutrition advice.
  • Support customers to access the community and engage in leisure activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment.
