At Home Instead, we're committed to providing exceptional care and companionship to our clients. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and bathing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients.
- Help with household chores, such as cooking and light housework.
- Accompany clients on outings, such as shopping or appointments.
- Competitive pay rates, including £11.50 for Monday to Friday, £12.80 for evenings and weekends, and £25.60 on Bank Holidays.
- A minimum of 1-hour calls and client matching to ensure continuity in care.
- Part-time or full-time positions, including every other weekend off.
- Additional financial benefits, including mileage compensation and a paid day off on your birthday.
- Comprehensive training, including Alzheimer's, Dementia care, and Parkinson's training certified by City and Guilds.
- Employee-centric benefits, such as a pension scheme, referral bonuses, and regular team meet-ups.
- A UK driving license and a car are essential.
- No prior experience in care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
