About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Supported Living team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to customers, including toileting, bathing, and dressing.
- Assist customers with daily living tasks, such as meal planning and nutrition advice.
- Support customers to access the community and engage in leisure activities.
- Help customers to develop skills and independence, including financial organisation and volunteering opportunities.

- Competitive pay of £11.33 per hour.
- Permanent, contracted, full or part-time hours with extra hours often available.
