About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our Supported Living team. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs.

Our Supported Living service offers customers maximum choice, flexibility, and control over their lives. You will work closely with our customers to identify their goals and aspirations, and develop personalized support plans to help them achieve their desired outcomes.

As a Care and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal planning, and nutrition advice. You will also work on skill development to further independence and support with everyday activities.
