Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, respond to emails, and manage daily correspondence
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with clients
  • Input and maintain accurate records in our Outlook Diary and JobLogic/CRM system
  • Keep track of office supplies, placing orders when needed
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks in Xero
  • Maintain both digital and physical files to keep our workspace efficient
  • Lend a hand wherever needed to keep the team running smoothly

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office support or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational abilities with an eye for detail
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades 4-9 / A-C)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
