Job Summary
Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join their team. As the backbone of the office, you will be responsible for handling a mix of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, coordinating appointments, and overseeing office supplies.

About the Role
You will be the key to keeping the office running smoothly, ensuring that everything is well-organised and that the team feels supported. Your strong organisational abilities and attention to detail will be essential in this role, as you will be handling a variety of tasks and ensuring that everything is completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities
• Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and manage daily correspondence
• Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with clients
• Input and maintain accurate records in our Outlook Diary and JobLogic/CRM system
• Keep track of office supplies, placing orders when needed
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks in Xero
• Maintain both digital and physical files to keep our workspace efficient
• Lend a hand wherever needed to keep the team running smoothly

Requirements
• Previous experience in an office support or administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organisational abilities with an eye for detail
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades 4-9 / A-C)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
