We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at THE FOSTERING FOUNDATION LIMITED. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in foster care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children and young people in foster care
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people in a care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts
