Salary:

£32,000 - £38,000 per annum

Job Description:

This live-in Residential Lodge Manager position is ideal for someone who loves working with people and has a background in administration and customer service. As a trusted 'friendly neighbour', you will be organizing activities, co-ordinating the development, managing contractors, completing health and safety checks, and much more. You will be the go-to person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal Churchill colleagues. You must be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative. To support with the organisation of events and effectively administer the maintenance of the site, you'll be an accomplished administrator and computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in administration or a related field
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and use own initiative
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
