Cathedral Appointments | South West Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Financial Administrator to manage finances and provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.
The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, excellent organisational abilities, and proficiency with Sage, Xero, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing diaries, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings
- Assist with processing invoices, managing expense claims, and supporting financial reporting activities
- Handle and maintain accurate records, ensuring easy access to essential documentation
- Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across departments
We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including a basic pension plan, 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), and hybrid working options.

Requirements and Qualifications- Minimum 1 year's experience in an administrative or PA role
- Minimum 2 year's experience in an accounts/bookkeeping role
- Proficiency with Sage, Xero, and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong organisational abilities
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
