**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Customer Accounts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the migration of schools' MIS data to our software. This includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure excellent service delivery and high-quality work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team leadership and management to achieve effective delivery of objectives and a positive culture
  • Drive a culture of excellent service and high expectations in quality of work
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to data retention policies and market updates on migration techniques and offerings
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by your manager

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in team management, handling multiple projects with varying timelines. A background in MIS data migration and working with schools is highly desirable. You must have strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail. Additionally, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with high levels of emotional intelligence. Sound knowledge of CRM systems is essential.
