Sales Planning Director Job Description

As a Sales Planning Director at The Lionsgate U.k., you will be responsible for leading the Sales Team and driving revenue growth across the EMEA region.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

You will manage a team of co-ordinators and support staff, ensuring seamless execution of sales agreements and identification of new revenue opportunities.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the EMEA deal review process, ensuring timely approval and implementation of deals.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide training and guidance to support staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales planning and strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of television distribution and sales markets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
