About the Role:

The Production Systems & Process Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems at 6700 Warner Bros. International Television Production Limited. This includes overseeing the use of Just Produce, a bespoke production accounting system, and its application across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring international Opco processes align with WB's production accounting solution, consulting on new deployments, translating user requirements for external developers, and maintaining system master data in both Just Produce and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency in procedures, controls, and application of JP & SAP interfaces across ITVP Opcos.
  • Collate system issues, provide assessments for business sign-off, and chair enhancement meetings.
  • Oversee interface translation table changes and error handling.
  • Manage new deployments, system enhancements, and participate in testing.
  • Maintain Opco manuals and ensure policy standards are met.
  • Act as business analyst for user enhancements.
  • Escalation point for Just Produce support team.
  • Master data changes approver for both SAP and Just Produce.
  • Drive consistency across Opco instances of Just Produce.
  • Train and support Opco finance teams on SAP and Just Produce.
  • Work with and advise local Production teams on use of Just Produce.
  • Maintain central repository of Opco process documentation and create training materials.
  • Manage relationships with internal and outsourced teams and vendors.
  • Resolve complex process issues and act as lead for non-accounting Just Produce functionality.
  • Ensure WB policy is applied across Opcos and systems controls meet ITVP framework requirements.
  • Oversee systems security maintenance and maintain matrix of systems and process responsibilities.
  • Support production budgeting controls and monthly close processes.
  • Ensure SAP and JP interfaces & system reconciliations operate as intended.
  • Ownership of ITVP master data & reporting hierarchies, including covering MDH for new Opco/SPV set up.
  • Facilitate implementation of financial boundary systems.
  • Act as SME for tax-related matters and data reconciliation processes.
  • Drive ITVP involvement in E-invoicing and S/4 Hanna implementation.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: Accounting Qualification, Navision experience, systems implementation, and maintenance.
  • Required: SAP experience, financial process improvement, multinational organization experience.
  • Desirable: Experience in production companies and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, execution, and leadership skills.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to summarize technical information for executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Comfortable with senior management and translating business/financial matters to non-finance people.
