Director of Electronic Gaming

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our electronic gaming strategy, driving innovation and excellence in our slot machine and e-table offerings.

About the Role

As the Director of Electronic Gaming, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the successful implementation of our electronic strategic roadmap, including the new Gambling Act. You will take ownership of developing, implementing, and continuously improving our slot machine and e-table offerings, working closely with the Commercial Director and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication and engagement plans for operational teams and customers
  • Monitor KPIs from each site, adapt and refine our offerings, leveraging feedback from customers, teams, and suppliers
  • Create detailed documentation, tracking, and status reports to review progress on deliverables
  • Partner with the marketing team to craft promotional plans that effectively highlight our electronic gaming products
  • Resolve project risks and issues, maintain risk registers, and communicate project information effectively to stakeholders and senior management
