About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Analyst to join our dynamic Media department at Jaywing. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the development and delivery of our product offering for the agency, covering all areas of paid search.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement holistic strategies to drive growth and meet targets for our clients across paid channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that this information feeds through into the proposition for clients.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless and future-facing strategic approach for all clients.
  • Drive innovation and the development of the offering, pushing for the agency to be at the cutting edge of data-centric, critical, and solutions-focussed thinking.
  • Support the development of new services and propositions at Jaywing, working closely with colleagues in other areas of the business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience driving performance strategies across paid search and a track record of running ad campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Knowledge and experience of offline media would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with wider performance channels to support across integrated clients, including Organic Search & Organic Social, Content Strategy, UX and CRO.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
