Paid Search Strategist

WeAreAspire is seeking a talented Paid Search Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.
About the Role:The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing Paid Search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives. This includes being hands-on with the day-to-day management of Paid Search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisations, strategy, monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute Paid Search strategies to drive client success
- Manage and optimise Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive best-in-class performance
- Attend and represent the team at external and internal client meetings
- Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Experience managing and planning paid search campaigns in an agency or client-facing environment
- Proven track record of delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics
- Strong understanding of paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
