About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Analyst to join our dynamic Media department at Jaywing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative paid search strategies that drive growth and meet targets for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on their paid channel usage, meeting campaign and commercial objectives.
  • Develop holistic strategies within the paid search space that drive growth and meet targets for our clients.
  • Drive innovation and the development of our paid search offering.
  • Proven experience driving performance strategies across paid platforms and a track record of running ad campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Identify future industry trends and developments, ensuring that this information feeds through into the proposition for clients.
  • Support and attend client calls, meetings, and QBRs.
Requirements
  • Agency side experience is preferred but not essential if you are the right candidate.
  • Experience of running projects and campaigns to budget, and managing delivery of strategy with key team members.
  • Familiarity with wider performance channels to support across integrated clients, including Organic Search & Organic Social, Content Strategy, UX and CRO.
  • Proven experience driving performance strategies across paid search and a track record of running ad campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
