OEM Sales Development Lead

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our OEM sales development efforts in Northern Ireland. As Industrial Partnerships Director, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include searching for new clients who could benefit from our products, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, managing and interpreting customer requirements, and advising clients on products that meet their needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong sales experience, preferably within one of our four product sectors. A degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering is beneficial but not essential. You must also have excellent communication skills, be a strong team player, and be able to use your initiative in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive an attractive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company vehicle, iPhone, and laptop. You will also enjoy social events and on-site parking.
