About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Assistant to join our team at Star Academies. As a key member of our business support team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional support service to our pupils, teachers, and wider stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organisational and technical skills, and the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community. You will be a committed team player with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our pupils, teachers, and wider stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with our school community
  • Use MS Office software packages to deliver high-quality administrative services
  • Prioritise, work efficiently, and accurately, particularly under pressure, to deadlines and using your own initiative
