Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Operations Manager to join our team in West London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store, including stockroom and delivery management, inventory control, and collaboration with the shop floor team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stockroom operations, including receiving, unpacking, and storing merchandise.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
  • Collaborate with the shop floor team to ensure seamless store operations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process damaged stock and manage store supplies and packaging levels.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in stockroom or inventory management, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Knowledge of best practices in stockroom operations and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
