The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of store appearance and operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and leading the team to ensure excellent customer experience
- Day-to-day shop inspections to maintain the store's appearance and standards
- P&L management: controlling costs across all aspects of the business
- Staff recruitment, training, and development
- Developing and overseeing commercial opportunities

- Health, Safety, and Hygiene ownership
