Equipment Controller Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Controller to join our team at Clockwork Organisation ltd. As an Equipment Controller, you will be responsible for managing service department operations, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of service department operations
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Preparing estimates for repairs and collaborating with customers
- Processing invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with SAP software (training provided)
- Manufacturing or service background preferred
