Job Title: Multiskilled Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join our team in the Ellesmere Port area. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, including conveyors, electronic control panels, power transmission equipment, vibratory screeners, air density separators, eddy current separators, drying equipment, feed hoppers, and automatic optical sorting equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in welding, fabrication, and electrical work. You will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Multiskilled Engineer, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, including carrying out preventative maintenance routines, completing work orders via Pirana CMMS, and ensuring all plant repairs are carried out in a safe and timely manner. You will also be required to provide comprehensive feedback to senior glass technicians and be fully flexible to work with production to ensure site efficiencies are maintained.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £49,258 per annum, plus holiday pay. All overtime is paid at time and a half, and you will also have access to free private medical insurance after a qualifying period.
