Job Description

At beBee Professionals in Ellesmere Port, we are seeking a Factory Operations Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operation of our production facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering, along with previous experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular checks and maintenance tasks on machinery to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and malfunctions to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Quality Control: Verify that all machinery complies with safety regulations and quality standards to maintain high product quality.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Experience: Previous experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £45,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience), as well as comprehensive health and pension benefits, ongoing training, and certification programs.
