Advanced Clinical Practitioner

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team in Staffordshire, Yorkshire, and the North East. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting existing clinical care to enhance capacity and capability within our multi-professional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess health and clinical needs of patients
- Undertake consultations as an autonomous practitioner
- Use advanced clinical practice skills and own clinical judgement to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients
**Requirements:**
- Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Pharmacist qualification
- Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (equivalent or higher)
- Clinical skills qualification at degree level
- Evidence of completion of study in minor illness, independent prescriber, and willingness to develop skills in minor injury and paediatric minor illness/injury
