Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • New Starter Integration: Issue key fobs and facilitate office tours for new employees.
  • Office Enhancement: Identify areas for improvement and propose changes to the Senior Management Team.
  • Marketing Support: Act as a Brand Ambassador and contribute to social media efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR on employee engagement and other initiatives.
