Renewable Energy Project Manager

Commercial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Decarbonisation Solar Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for overseeing renewable energy installation projects, ensuring client satisfaction is always at the forefront of the projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all phases of a capital project, from the initial site survey through to post-installation and commissioning, including Solar PV and LED lighting installation projects, ASHPs, and other technologies.
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of solar PV technologies, including modules, mounting systems, inverters, and monitoring systems, and the latest installation standards and best practices.
- Conduct project meetings and attend programme and portfolio meetings, maintaining effective working relationships to deliver high customer satisfaction.
- Agree and monitor snagging and handover process to ensure full project completion.
- Set and review contractor responsibilities and expectations.
- Professional qualification in project management, such as APM Project Management Qualification or another recognised qualification.
- Experience delivering Solar Projects, such as large-scale commercial roof-top installations, with an understanding of the technical requirements to deliver the project.
- A high level of computer literacy and ability to create and use complex spreadsheets or project management software packages.
- Ability to survey large buildings, make accurate records of existing installed lighting and other M&E equipment.
- Experience delivering tight timescale projects.
- Full UK Driving License.
