Job Title: Asset Manager/ Property Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to manage a mixed portfolio of properties and land sites for a major infrastructure client. This role involves overseeing all aspects of property and asset management while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, ensuring properties meet compliance and tenant satisfaction standards.
  • Leasing & Letting: Manage the leasing process, including tenant negotiations and onboarding.
  • Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals: Handle rent reviews and lease renewals to maximize returns.
  • Asset Acquisition & Disposal: Assist in acquiring new assets and identifying surplus properties for disposal.
  • Rent Collection: Ensure timely collection of rents and arrears management.
  • Compliance: Work with the facilities management team to ensure all properties meet legal compliance standards.
  • Maintenance & Inspections: Organise property maintenance and conduct regular inspections.
  • Client Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports on portfolio performance to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in residential property management.
  • Strong client, stakeholder, and contractor management skills.
