About the Role:

This role is focused on developing new business relationships with regional housebuilders and developers in the Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, and Dorset areas. As a natural business networker and effective brand ambassador, you will represent the Company at client meetings and present the Paula Rosa Manhattan solution using a consultative approach. You will be responsible for building a business development plan, generating and maintaining a sales order pipeline, and providing monthly forecasts and delivering against that plan and forecast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business relationships with regional housebuilders and developers
  • Represent the Company at client meetings and present the Paula Rosa Manhattan solution
  • Build a business development plan and generate and maintain a sales order pipeline
  • Provide monthly forecasts and deliver against that plan and forecast

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of consultative selling a B2B solution contracts
  • Demonstrable experience of selling £100K to £500K and potentially £1M+ contracts
  • Demonstrable experience in opening new regional and volume accounts within the Construction sector
  • Experience of complex tender and contract processes
  • Well networked with a proven track record of partnership relationship development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation writing and delivery
  • Strong desire to succeed in sales
  • KBB experience desirable, but not essential
