We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing and delivering training programs, and will be able to adapt to the changing needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering high-quality training to individuals within the care sector.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the health and social care sector.
- Developing and implementing effective training strategies to meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.
- Coaching and mentoring professionals to support their development.
