Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Team Lead to join our team at In Technology Group Limited. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of software developers to deliver software solutions
  • Plan and organize the workload for the software team
  • Line management duties of the team and commitment to efficiency
  • Demonstrate leadership and administration of the sprint process
  • Ensure essential research, company QMS and technical journals are maintained
  • Project planning, problem solving and scoping
  • Ensure the successful development of scalable firmware and software using a methodical approach

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years using modern C++/JUCE
  • Git and CI/CD
  • Application Development Architecture and UI Design knowledge
  • Experience in Designing and developing GUI Components
  • Understanding of audio software
  • Proficiency in software engineering fundamentals
  • Managerial experience
  • Proven and effective team management skill
  • Agile/Scrum/Sprint planning methodologies
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining close relationships
  • Musical instrument experience/ keen interest in music
