Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to discuss their claim options and provide clear and concise information about the repair process.
- Prioritize and manage a high-volume caseload to ensure that claims are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
