About the Role
Barchester care home is seeking a skilled Senior Resident Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Resident Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support, tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
The successful candidate will have experience in caring for older adults, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the importance of dignity and respect in care delivery. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each resident receives personalized care and attention, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour (weekdays) and £12.40 per hour (weekends), as well as opportunities for professional development and growth. Responsibilities
