Delivering Exceptional Care:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Care UK. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents. You will lead and supervise your shift, case manage residents, administer medication, conduct risk assessments, and support residents with daily needs.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Lead and supervise your shift to ensure that all residents receive the best possible care.
  • Case manage residents, working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to provide holistic support.
  • Administer and record medication safely and accurately.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and dignity.


Competitive Salary and Benefits:

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
  • Excellent organisation and IT skills.
  • Proven leadership and supervision skills.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes.
  • The ability to administer medication (or willingness to train).
