As a Senior Social Work Professional, you will be responsible for undertaking social work on allocated cases, producing outcome-based plans that consider the needs and risks of children and their families.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Undertaking social work on allocated cases, producing outcome-based plans that consider the needs and risks of children and their families.
- Developing effective relationships with children and their families to improve the impact of your work and determine the level of service available.
- Ensuring the needs of service users from all communities are addressed, and equalities issues are considered in all aspects of your work.
- Maintaining accurate records of all work undertaken, including comprehensive use of the Integrated Children's System.
You will also be responsible for contributing to the development of services to children and families and attending team meetings to promote integrated and effective services.
The ideal candidate will possess significant postgraduate experience in social work, a professional social work degree or equivalent, and be registered with Social Work England. A current UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are also essential.
Estimated salary: £43,643 - £52,796 per annum.
