Property Maintenance Officer Role

**About County Rents**

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Maintenance Officer at County Rents, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your duties will include:

* Identifying and resolving maintenance issues and hazards in a timely and effective manner.

* Eliminating hazards and, if appropriate, fixing minor repairs to ensure the safety and comfort of our tenants.

* Providing excellent liaison between tenants and our Service Centre, ensuring clear and methodical communication.

* Uploading reports and condition videos in a timely manner to maintain accurate records.

* Assisting the business and tenants with any ad hoc queries that arise, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Being available to assist with on-call duties as required by the business.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A positive and flexible approach to all works, with a quick and logical thinking style.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.

* A proactive approach to any scenario, with a basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and trades working knowledge.
