The Role of the Maintenance Officer

The Maintenance Officer is a crucial member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. From addressing void properties to investigating faults and performing basic maintenance works, our Maintenance Officers provide essential support to our families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve maintenance issues and hazards in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Eliminate hazards and perform minor repairs as necessary.
  • Provide effective liaison between tenants and our Service Centre.
  • Upload reports and condition videos in a timely manner.
  • Assist the business and tenants with any ad hoc queries that arise.
  • Be available for on-call duties as required by the business.
