Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to support our team in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Office Administrator as required, particularly with bids and tenders.
  • Manage the paper archiving process for the Belfast office.
  • Book travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
  • Sourcing and managing office supplies for the Belfast office.
  • Organize social events for staff.
  • Ensure all timesheets are submitted and approved on time.
  • Manage office facilities, including meter readings and maintenance.
  • Assist with client meetings and in-house training sessions.
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance and adhere to business procedures.
  • Participate in the staff appraisal system to maximize potential and job satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing self-development and contribute to the advancement of the business's interests.
  • Be flexible during busy periods and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Perform other duties as required, consistent with the role.
  • Take reasonable care for your own and colleagues' Health & Safety, adhering to business policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support.
  • Able to produce high-quality work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, interacting with clients and staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, achieving shared goals.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
