Job Details:

As a Paralegal at Staffing Match, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing Legal Documents: Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts.
  2. Conducting Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
  3. File Management and Maintenance: Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
  4. CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATION: Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case.
  5. Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys.
  6. Trial Preparation: Prepare exhibits and other materials for trial or hearings. Assist with trial preparation, including organizing evidence and witness statements.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  1. Family Law Expertise: Experience within Family Law.
  2. Strong Legal Knowledge: Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  3. Excellent Research and Analytical Skills: Excellent research and analytical skills.
  4. Proficiency in Software: Proficient in using legal research databases and software.
  5. Attention to Detail and Organization: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  6. Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Teamwork and Time Management: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  8. Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  9. Familiarity with Filing Systems: Familiarity with electronic filing systems.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000, with a competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive benefits scheme.
