Job Overview
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced pharmacist to lead the pharmacy team in the Acute Medicine and Rehabilitation directorate. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent leadership skills to develop and implement pharmacy services that improve patient outcomes and experience.
The role will involve leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide clinical services to the Acute Medicine and Rehabilitation services at the John Radcliffe Hospital site. The post offers a unique opportunity to develop a specialist clinical role and operational skills, leading pharmacy services to a standalone hospital site.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes and experience, and will be able to think creatively and use their initiative to drive service improvements. Previous experience in a medical setting would be desirable but not essential.
