Plastic Injection Molding Quality Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assign and supervise the performance of inspectors and verify that duties are being performed per established procedures.
- Ensure team of associates are provided all necessary training, documents, and tools to complete quality duties.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols tailored to the plastic injection molding processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role within the plastic injection molding industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques, particularly as they apply to plastic injection molding manufacturing processes.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
