Clinical Lead Nursing Position:
This exciting opportunity for a clinical lead nurse involves leading a dedicated care team at our 70 bed nursing home in Southall. As a key professional, you will focus on delivering outstanding care and promoting resident well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Manage the delivery of care services to meet individual resident needs.
- Monitor and improve care processes to achieve excellence.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for the care team.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and treatment.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
Benefits Package:
- An hourly rate of £23.00 - £24.00.
- A one-time welcome bonus of £1,000 after successful probation.

- A £150 referral incentive.
- Additional pay for overtime hours worked.
