Job Title: Youth and Community Outreach Worker

Company Overview:
New Wine Trust is an innovative organization that partners with Anglican parishes to deliver high-quality family and youth ministry. Our goal is to provide families and youth workers with nearby ministry colleagues to share life with and seek guidance, counsel, and support.

Available Positions:
We are seeking a Full-time Christian Families and Youth Worker for Lympstone, a Full-time Christian Families and Youth Worker for Littleham and Exmouth, a Part-time Christian Chaplain for Exmouth Community College, and a Part-time Christian Family Worker for the White Cross Mission Community.

Salary: $35,000 - $50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
This role involves working closely with our team to develop and deliver family and youth ministry initiatives. You will be responsible for leading programs, training others, and providing pastoral support to families and young people.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has a passion for family and youth ministry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with church leaders and community members. A relevant degree or diploma in a related field is desirable.
