Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at First Rate Exchange Services. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to raise awareness of our products and services, acquire new audiences, generate demand, and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with internal and external partners to gain insight into customer behaviors and identify trends.
- Drive revenue growth and meet customer acquisition targets.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign planning process and implementation, ensuring alignment across brand and commercial objectives.
- Deliver campaigns within budget, providing accurate forecasts and feeding into the budget setting process.
- Design and lead initiatives to acquire new customers through targeted integrated marketing campaigns.
- Drive demand generation efforts, creating compelling campaigns that attract and convert leads into customers.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects through the sales funnel.
- Write copy and proofread for promotional activity, adapting to relevant personas and developing high-quality content.
- Help plan and deliver event marketing strategies to promote our programs and engage with our audience.
- Identify and lead partnerships for paid content opportunities to expand our reach and visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize results.
- Degree-educated with a proven track record in digital and offline marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of best practice across promotional channels.
- Highly analytical and inquisitive mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable insight.
- Working knowledge of current marketing technologies to maximize effectiveness.
- Proven use and understanding of complex databases and segmentation techniques.
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
