Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and training staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, managing budgets and financials, and implementing marketing and promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and budgets to ensure efficient operations
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong knowledge of beverages, including wines, whiskeys, and cocktails
  • Ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Experience in staff hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of budgeting, financials, and profit and loss management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
