About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Pipeline Project Management to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pipeline project management strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute pipeline project management strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project opportunities and risks
  • Develop and maintain project management tools and processes to ensure effective project delivery
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully
