Project Management Director, PSM

Lead Strategic Projects and Drive Business Growth

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Director to lead multiple strategic projects for our Primary and Small Molecules (PSM) business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project setup, planning, governance, reporting, and execution
  • Manage project risks, ensure timely escalation to leadership as required
  • Implement project tracking and reporting to ensure proactive management and clear communication to stakeholders
  • Support building a strong culture of project management and governance
  • Engage with change management community to exchange best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Significant project management experience, with formal qualifications in Project and/or Programme Management (PMP) preferred
  • Experience of leading change management projects, applying proven methodologies and frameworks
  • Proficiency in established PM planning tools and PowerBI skills
