Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant to join our inpatient orthopaedic team at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation of patients with traumatic musculoskeletal injuries.

Main Responsibilities

As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services
  • Working closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Assisting with patient assessments, exercises, and equipment provision
  • Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
