About Our Client
Our client, a prominent player in the Manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced customer service administrator to join their busy team.
- Inputting a high number of customer orders daily onto the system
- General reception duties
- Managing customer enquiries and emails
- Liaising with transport companies for deliveries
- Greeting visitors
A successful candidate should have:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or Customer Services Administrator
- A welcoming, friendly, and engaging disposition, approaching work with a positive and professional outlook
- Previous data / sales order input experience
- Good working knowledge of office and administrative procedures and systems
- Some experience of working on Reception will be beneficial
- Experience in a customer service led environment
- A high level of personal presentation and appearance
- Acting with initiative and happy to work in a hands-on environment
- An annual salary in the range of £26,000 - £28,000
- A supportive and positive workplace culture
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Permanent position
