About Our Client

Our client, a prominent player in the Manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced customer service administrator to join their busy team.

  • Inputting a high number of customer orders daily onto the system
  • General reception duties
  • Managing customer enquiries and emails
  • Liaising with transport companies for deliveries
  • Greeting visitors
The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or Customer Services Administrator
  • A welcoming, friendly, and engaging disposition, approaching work with a positive and professional outlook
  • Previous data / sales order input experience
  • Good working knowledge of office and administrative procedures and systems
  • Some experience of working on Reception will be beneficial
  • Experience in a customer service led environment
  • A high level of personal presentation and appearance
  • Acting with initiative and happy to work in a hands-on environment
What We Offer
  • An annual salary in the range of £26,000 - £28,000
  • A supportive and positive workplace culture
  • Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
