About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team in the Worcester area. As a Live-In Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to a female client with a spinal cord injury in her own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, as well as moving and handling, domestic tasks, and social activities.
  • Work a rolling 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off shift pattern, living in the client's home 24/7 when on shift.
  • Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Kind and caring nature, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A full UK driver's license is advantageous, as the client may require support with driving.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
