Paid Search Associate Director

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global technology company in a high-performing team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional digital marketing results. As a Paid Search Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing large budgets and collaborating with a talented team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the tactical day-to-day management of Paid Search campaigns to ensure alignment with the central strategy and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and execute full-funnel strategies to deliver maximum digital engagement for Adobe, leveraging automation tools to drive performance at scale.
- Collaborate with the Google Ads team to test new betas and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
- Provide insightful and actionable performance reports on a regular cadence to inform business decisions.
- Support the Business Director with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), commercials, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the team and accounts are aligned with and executing against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements- Experience in line management and managing Enterprise-level accounts in an agency environment.
- Relevant certifications within Google Ads.
